FAQ

The Barn on Heron Hill offers many days, times, and amenities for you to choose from. Please see “About” for booking and price information. We strive to be your perfect venue and are willing to work with you to meet any special requests that you may have.

  • What do we provide? The venue, bar services, indoor and outdoor seating areas, indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, tables and chairs, and bridal preparation room.

  • What do you not provide? We do not provide decorations and vendors for anything we did not list. We are happy to try and connect you with local vendors we reccomend.

  • Where do guests park? Turning off Highway 128 onto Heron Avenue there is entry into the parking area on the highway side of the barn.

  • Is the barn handicap accessible? Yes, and there is limited parking closer to the barn entrance if you know some of your guests may need a shorter walk.

  • Is there a deposit required? Yes, a $500 ($100 for non-wedding single day events) security deposit is required on booking.

  • Can we use open flames or candles? No, for the safety of your guests and the venue we do not allow open flames of any kind.

  • Do you work with vendors? We do not contract or hire any outside vendors. But we can suggest local vendors to you!

  • Is there any limitations on decorations? You may decorate however you wish, but we ask that you do not put any fasteners up without approval from the staff.

  • Is smoking or vaping allowed? There is no smoking or vaping inside the barn but there are designated areas outside.

  • When are you open? We are open from May to the end of October. You can book and tour the venue any time of the year.
